How are the fine art prints created?Our artworks are created through a combination of advanced AI algorithms and human creativity. We start by generating images using AI with specific prompts, then upscale them for high-quality output. The final touches are added in editing software, where our artists enhance exposure, tone, mood, light, contrast, and colour to produce an original piece of artwork.Can you custom crop a fine art print?We don’t crop or otherwise alter images, to maintain the consistency and integrity of the images.Tell me about your prints?

  • All prints are limited to *1000 editions.
  • All prints are printed on 305gsm Hahnemühle ultra smooth paper.
  • All prints come with a COA (certificate of authenticity).

Now what?We advise your framer to dry-mount the work on acid-free board using archival tissue and materials. This will ensure that your print will remain flat once framed.How do I care for my unframed print?Your print is crafted from archival materials designed to last a lifetime, but it remains delicate and should be taken directly to a professional framer. Avoid handling your unframed print personally. Additionally, prints should not be stored in a tube for prolonged periods or in a humid environment.How do I know there are only 1000 editions ever produced?Each digital file is minted on the blockchain on production. When an image is registered, only 1000 editions are stored for each image. After completing your purchase, you will receive a link via email to download the high-resolution image. Please note that this link is designed for one-time use only. If you encounter any issues, we can resend the download link up to a maximum of two times. Beyond this, additional requests may not be accommodated. We recommend downloading and securely storing your file(s) as soon as possible. You can utilise the download as you wish, for digital displays, TV display or as a print. You can print the image in your preferred size and format, on paper, canvas or your own choice of material. How do I install a smart TV download on my TV?After purchasing a smart TV download, you will receive a link to download the image file. Below we provide a detailed guide on how to install the image on your smart TV, ensuring a seamless and easy process. Our downloads are specifically sized for popular smart TVs like Samsung The Frame and LG Smart TVs, transforming your TV into a stunning art display.Samsung The Frame:Via Mobile:
Save the image to your phone by creating a new folder in your phone camera roll called “Frame TV Art” and placing the image in this folder.Connect the SmartThings App to your TV and select the Samsung Frame TV icon in the app. Then click on Art Mode.Choose the “Frame TV Art” folder you created earlier. However, unforeseen events can sometimes occur, and your order might arrive damaged. If this happens, please follow the steps below to file a damage claim. Note that claims must be filed within 7 days of receiving your delivery to enable us to make a claim with our shipment carrier. We cannot assume responsibility for claims made after this period.Steps to File a Damage Claim:Examine the Shipment: When the shipment arrives, inspect the outside of the box for any visible damage and note any issues when you sign for it.Photograph the Damage: If you notice any damage, take a picture of the outside of the box before opening it.Inspect and Document: Open the package and take pictures of all damage points to the artwork.Report the Damage: Send all photos and your contact information to madebythinair@gmail.com with the subject line "Damage - Order Nr."
